Booking Terms & Conditions
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and the tariffs according to season.
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Accounts must be paid in full on arrival. Cheque's cannot be accepted except by prior arrangement with the proprietor.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the full booking amount is payable to secure a room on the day of booking and is not refundable. If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, or no show will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. All deposits must be paid on a valid debit/credit card. No Fee’s charged
Cancellation:If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival deposit will be lost. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show full amount of booking is payable
Check In: Is from14.00 to 21.00 except Monday&Tuesday when check is not possible before 18.00
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
Appleton Lodge Hotel operates a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Any guest found to be using or in possession of illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not receive any refund of monies paid in advance.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
Any malicious damage caused to the property and/or fixtures and fittings will be charged to the organiser’s credit card. In the case of severe malicious damage, criminal proceedings will be instigated. Food is not allowed in bedrooms at any time
Male Female group bookings are accepted provided a £10 per person security bond is paid. This bond will be returned as long as no damage or inconvenience is cause by any of your party. If any of your party do cause an incident the whole parties bond will be forfeited and you will all be asked to leave the premises. In the case of a serious incident the police will be involved
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody.
When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and you accept these terms and conditions. We will pursue any unpaid accounts in court
We advise and it is recommended you organise your own holiday insurance cover.
